Throughout this process, her clients learn that it is essential to encourage, empower, and energize to finally elevate themselves to maintain a healthier lifestyle. She functions with the primary goals of her clients in mind For the last 10 years, she’s walked alongside her clients from beginning to end, in and outside of the gym. Sharmila’s mantra has always and will continue to be one that is built on the foundations of teaching, helping, and guiding. Her fit journey began when she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She changed her lifestyle by committing to building up her stamina, endurance and eating a cleaner diet. As she started to feel the benefits of her better choices, she formed a private in-home and virtual personal training business. Her workout and nutrition programs were designed for women who suffered from post-partum, pre and post menopause. Her business expanded to include agility training for young adults, men and women with a variety of fit goals and mobility, flexibility and balance to individuals 65 years of age and older. Sharmila offers her clients a variety of exercises to keep them engaged, challenged, and to correctly balance the muscle groups being exercised from session to session. Fat loss, muscle gain, enhanced joint mobility, cardio health, core strength, and posture correction are just some of the benefits you will gain at every session. No matter your age, Sharmila will give you the encouragement and skills to live an active, mobile life!
