Duval served as the strength and conditioning coach for Division 1 men's and women's basketball program at UCLA, served as Director of Strength and Conditioning at Marshall University and men's basketball at S John's University. Duval also worked at EQUINOX a high end club in NYC. Duval embraces health and wellness through four pillars consisting of mindset, nutrition, movement, and recovery. His programs are created using a combination of scientifically proven methods, diverse coaching experiences, and client input to provide a unique and enjoyable experience. Duval utilizes his strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with his clients as he guides them through their journey. With his attention to detail, he looks to provide his clients with a program that fits their lifestyle as well as support throughout the stressors of their fitness journey.
