Fitness has moved to the bottom of everyone’s to-do list. The simple tasks of healthy eating, habitual exercise and mental wellness have transformed. Fad diet programs, unsustainable eating routines, and obsessive exercise habits cloud the fitness atmosphere. I’m over it. I want mental health and wellness back. I want fitness to be the tool you use to FEEL your best. I extend to you the tools to take your health into your own hands. I give you the ability to use food as fuel for your goals, for celebration, for balance. I’ll teach you how to be in tune with your body and what it’s physically capable of. Your body is a temple. My favorite client story
My client Jordan is an avid and talented dancer. She wanted to lose weight, but had struggled due to major back pain. With multiple dance classes per week, she found it difficult to train with so much pain. Since working together she is doing better than ever. Her progress pictures have a voice of their own. She has learned and begun healthier habits. She even began going into the gym without me. Best of all? Back pain is gone.
