About Joseph

I've always found it exciting to train my friends, family members, even co-workers, learn new exercises and become more fit. Several years back, I  decided to pair my personal training career with my acting one. I only do things I'm passionate about. More importantly, I enjoy teaching and motivating others to become the greatest versions of themselves. Your only competition is with the person you were yesterday. Goals should be attainable, not farfetched and unreal. The person you were yesterday is an obstacle we can triumph through. Brick by brick, watch what we build, just focusing on each brick we lay, one at a time.

My favorite exercise

I have to go with the push-up, and who doesn’t love an old fashioned standing barbell bicep’s curl. If I'm being honest though... which I am, my favorite exercise is "to exercise". Showing up and becoming the greatest "you" everyday is the most favorite exercise I can have; It is an exercise of one's will. Be strong at that, and everything else will follow.

Joseph is a great trainer. He is very knowledgeable about the body and how exercise affects it, and is very helpful in explaining why he has me doing the exercises I do. And just a few sessions, he already knew how I’d like to train, and how I needed to train and tweaked the sessions for what my goals were. He’s also a very nice person and I enjoy working out with him.

Joey was fantastic to work with. I told him exactly what I was looking to get out of training, and he followed through with all of it. Joey takes the time to explain complex movements in easy-to-understand ways that you can use on your own. He pushed me to my limit, making me want to do better each day while also considering my existing injuries and coming up with unique, tailored exercises that wouldn’t cause any pain. Unfortunately I moved to another state, but I highly recommend him.
