Background.In 2009 Austin became a strength & conditioning intern under Coach Brad Roll for the Oakland Raiders, where he helped assist the strength coaches with day to day lifting and athletic drilling operations. Austin was a personal trainer at several health clubs including The Right Stuff Health Club, Club One & Decathlon Club. He also was a Physical Therapist Aide for BaySport's Courtside Club location in 2010. He was featured in the book Unleash the Body Within: Real World Advice from Top Personal Trainers and has written for several Health and Wellness websites such as iSport, Fitness20 and LifeFitness.He is currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Condition Competition Kickboxing and the Program Manager of Health and Wellness for Intuit in Menlo Park. Austin emphasizes in weight loss, strength & conditioning... Current Credentials:Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology: Emphasis in Exercise & Fitness Science. Graduate Studies: California University of Pennsylvania. Exercise Physiology and Health Promotion.Certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine. CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.
