My love for this sports inspired me to run a marathon, complete a 180 miles bike race, and receive a full ride tennis scholarship in college. By not understanding body movement and injury prevention training, I ended up with one bulging disc, one herniated disc, and muscle imbalances throughout my body. Therefore, I chose to learn more, take control, and live a pain-free life by listening to my body's need.
As a PT I can inspire you to work hard in the gym, and push your limits, but I can also teach you how to listen to your body's needs and live a pain-free life.
