Welcome! I am an ace certified personal trainer and am currently working to get my crossfit level 1 trainer certification!
A little bit about my personal fitness journey:
I have been under weight and an average weight most of my life however I gained an alarming amount of pregnancy weight. After having my daughter I realized that I wanted to live a healthy life for my daughter and so began my love and passion for fitness. I lost about 75-80 pounds and now currently have ultra endurance goals as well as muscle/strength goals for myself. My latest personal fitness achievement has been hiking the appalachian trail through maryland: 30 miles in 11 hours! (i'll hit all 42 miles in a day next time!).
Due to being a mother I am very into functional fitness and working out to do things like pick up your kids off the floor or carry all the groceries inside in one trip! I love seeing my clients get stronger and more confident and become the people I know they've always been inside.
I go above and beyond to make sure my clients are happy, taken care of and reaching their goals and hope you give me the privilege of helping you. (:
