What is a typical session like? In a one on one training sessions, a client can expect a personalized workout. This can include a combination of any of the following attributes based on the client's goals, any injuries, and how they are feeling at the time of the session: recovery/regeneration, mobility work, speed work, power training, strength training, core, conditioning, etc.
