About Dorsa
With 7 years in the fitness world, I have a passion for helping women regain their confidence and energy through health, wellness, and fitness. I use my knowledge and personal experience and help women both in the gym and out of the gym in terms of nutrition, sleep, etc.
After going through my own journey of gaining weight and feeling stressed during my corporate job, I started learning more about fitness and immediately fell in love with the gym and all things health & wellness. I received certifications as a personal trainer and a health & wellness coach.
I work with women typically who either want to lose weight, build muscle, and/or lose body fat.
