About Jay

I have always loved to play sports, but I got into training after a visit to the doctor revealed that I was overweight, pre-diabetic, and had high cholesterol. I quickly changed my lifestyle and eventually became a trainer to promote a healthy lifestyle. Today I’ve progressed even more and have been 100% plant-based since August 2018.

I like quick and efficient workout that get the heart rate going, but also strengthen the muscles. I believe in training the whole body and becoming a well rounded athlete.
