About Joe

I became an Army Master Fitness Trainer in 2000, but my approach to training is more "mellow" than my background may suggest.  Training plans are created to meet your goals based on your experience to fit your schedule, not from our cookie-cutter.

My favorite client story

A long-term client has changed their training plan 3 times to focus on completely different goals and has been happy to achieve each. We started at "feeling healthy," transitioned to "get stronger," and now "run 3 straight miles," the next step will be up to them but I'm more than happy to make a few suggestions to keep things interesting.

My favorite exercise

Whichever needs the most work. Might be burpees, might be crunches. Where ever there is a challenge or area that needs focus.
