Hello, I’m Coach Clarke. I’ve been a personal trainer for almost 3 years. I was a former D1 athlete, competing in track and Field as a Sprinter for Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. I worked in Law Enforcement for 7 years and gained experience training Police Officers during ny tenure in that field. I’ve worked in health clubs and with youth teams in the US and US Virgin Islands. I currently work with professional athletes, weekend warriors, and people looking to enhance their quality of life, whether it be for weight loss or better mobility and balance. I am looking to work with you. My style of training is mostly based on encouraging you and pushing you to unlock your full physical potential.
