About Michael

I found my passion for fitness while on my own weight loss journey. I lost over 100lbs and in doing so, found something that I love. I've been a fitness trainer for almost 10 years now. I've helped numerous people with their goals, whether it was weight loss, weight gain, strength building, body building etc... I specialize in one on one weight loss and body transformations, but I also do group fitness training at Orange Theory. I'm a product or determination and discipline and I hope to share instill those things in those who seek my help.
