About Nicholas

My journey involving fitness began in 1996 in high school. During this time, I enjoyed working out as well as playing sports such as running track and playing football. Over the years, I‘ve always kept myself in great physical strength as well as remain healthy on a consistent basis. In 2011, I began working as a part time personal trainer. After working as a part time trainer for 6 years at this point, I made a decision to work as a full time personal trainer. With my level of expertise, I enjoy changing and transforming peoples lives involving fitness. As a personal trainer, my goal is to help identify one's fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. With 8 years of personal training experience, I specialize in functional movement training, strength and conditioning training, nutrition, and weight loss training. Furthermore, my holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time!

My favorite client story

When I first started with Nick, he sat me down and asked me about my goals. After my goals were identified, he came up with a workout program that best fit my needs. He was able to hone in on what I needed to do to improve my overall health. Nick is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and has taught me how to lift properly and eat healthy. He helped me establish discipline and provide structure to my daily routine. When I began my fitness journey, I weighed 210 pounds with 20 percent body fat. After several months, I am now at 170 pounds with 8 percent body fat. Working out with Nick has changed my life! I would highly recommend Nick Walker to anyone intersted towards changing their lives from a fitness standpoint.
