I love to go bouldering up in the mountains and doing some trail running. It’s so wonderful to see God’s beautiful creation.

I had such a great workout with Noah. He led me thorough some full body exercises that were challenging but fun at the same time. We did a half hour of cardio and we discussed some of my fitness goals as well. (I want to lose 10 pounds in 6 weeks) He was so encouraging and knowledgeable about any questions I had. I highly recommend a workout with him.
Noah and his wife were wonderful guides and great company! We did a jog through the park and saw all the different features of the park like the black bears, birds, and other unique animals. Noah led us through some bodyweight exercises in the grass about halfway through and challenged us with a few hills. He was very conscious of my comfort level and checked in periodically to make sure we weren’t doing anything too challenging for me. Enjoyed the experience very much!
