Meet Rick

At 56 I'm in the best shape of my life and I want to help you be in the best shape of your life at any age! Training will begin with a comprehensive consultation. We will evaluate your lifestyle, goals, health concerns, diet and any special obstacles to achieving your fitness goals. Clients need to commit to at least 6 months of training to achieve their goals. Making major lifestyle changes takes commitment and consistent work. I recommend 3 or 4 sessions a week. We can include cardio sessions in your training program or you can do aerobic training in addition to scheduled training times. I am also a state certified Massage Therapist.

Body and mind are inextricably joined and whatever we do to one changes the other. As you begin your journey to health I encourage to get the maximum benefit by taking care of your mind. Exercise is a great way to reduce stress, but if you combine this with meditation and other energetic practices such as Tai Chi the benefits greatly enhanced.
