Sal Leitch is a motivator, educator and movement specialist. He provides enthusiastic guidance to help people become fit and functional. Sal came into the fitness industry as an overweight teenager. By working out and adopting a healthy lifestyle, he reached his personal goals. He found his way and decided that he wanted to help others. Having suffered and recovered from injuries, he wanted to know what caused these injuries and find a way to better prevent things like that from happening. Through that he discovered the importance of things like posture and overall better movement. Sal specializes in corrective exercise and functional training, as well as sports performance.
"I educate myself because I have a passion for movement, and more importantly, so that I can share that knowledge with you to help you achieve your goals."
