About Sophie
Hello! My name is Sophie Zacaroli and I am a newly certified personal trainer. I have been working out for about 4 years now and have developed a passion for helping my friends and family reach their full potential through fitness and health. When I first started out, I had a really unhealthy relationship with exercise and eating. I viewed it as something I had to do to stay "skinny" and therefore HATED the gym/working out! It wasn't until I started weightlifting that I found this zeal for fitness. I had to go through a lot of different routines before I found one that I loved and that also made me feel the most confident. That is exactly what I want to do for someone else, I would love to work with people that feel lost or stuck and help them find a way of exercising/eating that will help them feel the most confident in their bodies. Whether that's weightlifting, running, functional training or just plain walking everyday, I am here to help you find that and reach your fitness goals as well! I know how it feels to be frustrated with fitness and to have goals that aren't being met, if this sounds like a problem you have had, I am here for you! I will develop an exercise program for you based on your specific goal, whether its weight loss, muscle building or just maintaining fitness. Come train with me!
My favorite exercise
My personal favorite exercise is a squat and press, I love how it moves through multiple ranges of motion and works my entire body!
