I started personal and group training in front of my house 3 years ago. I am a very competitive person and I use that drive to push my clients to getting the results they are after. I work with clients of all fitness levels and I treat them all the same. It isn't about where you start, it's about being coachable, willing to get UNCOMFORTABLE, giving MAX Effort at each session and staying committed to the process. Being a personal trainer has made a huge impact on my life because it gives me the opportunity to add more years to people's lives through health and fitness, as well as helping them reach personal or fitness goals they have set.
