I work with a small number of premier clientele that want the best and are ready to commit to receive it. If your are looking to change your body/health/image, than I am the answer. Simply put, working with me will get you results. I only take on a small number of clients to allow time for the personalized, concierge approach that has proven to be so successful. And because I am committing a serious amount of time and energy, It is important to partner with someone who will mirror that commitment. I am looking for 1 person who is willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months, 4 days or more per week of personalized, in-home fitness training. This will include personal training sessions, on-going nutritional counseling, healthy lifestyle planning, myofascial release and massage, and customized support. My preferred method is 90min sessions, with 30 minutes dedicated to assisted stretching and myofascial release following the workout, but I offer both options.
