Most people that hire personal trainers need that extra push, support, positive energy and motivation. When training with me you can expect that and more. I am a former University of Maryland women's basketball player who gained 60 pounds after my playing days. So I know what it takes to lose weight and keep it off. I decided to start training because I know how it feels to have low self esteem, on the verge of being diabetic, just feel at your all time low and I know what it takes to get out of that slump. It is never to late!
