About Del

Most people that hire personal trainers need that extra push, support, positive energy and motivation. When training with me you can expect that and more. I am a former University of Maryland women's basketball player who gained 60 pounds after my playing days. So I know what it takes to lose weight and keep it off. I decided to start training because I know how it feels to have low self esteem, on the verge of being diabetic, just feel at your all time low and I know what it takes to get out of that slump. It is never to late!


My favorite exercise

Squats/Dead Lifts because they are multiple muscle exercises. You burn more calories by doing multi muscle exercises.

My training experience

I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I have been training for the past two years. As I stated before I decided to get into training, because I have been in the shoes of my clients. I was on the verge of being a diabetic at the age of 25. I decided to take a stand and not wait til a doctor told me I needed to lose weight I did it on my own. I am now in a position to help those who are in the same position I use to be.
