About Ali

My name is Ali Jones, and I am a passionate and outgoing personal trainer & group fitness specialist! With a background of a variety of training styles, including crossfit, strength training, resistance training, barre, TRX, and cardiovascular cross training, I specialize in weight loss & strength and conditioning improvement, and have recently taken up indoor cycling! I work with ages high school and above, and will create a specialized program based on your wants and needs, including fitness nutrition guidance to further achieve your goals. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, trying new recipes for my husband and goldendoodle (yes, I cook for him!) and traveling! My passion and care for my clients, paired with my experience with all ages of men, women, groups, athletes and more, far succeed most. I look forward to working with you.
