I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with specializations in Weight Loss and Senior Fitness. I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Dublin, CA where I advanced my knowledge and experience in Nutrition, Anatomy, Physiology and Functional Exercise.

My commitment to helping others identify and achieve their fitness goals is brought forth with attentiveness, enthusiasm and is carried out with effective and creative fitness programs designed specifically with the needs and desires of my clients in mind.
