About Andi

My journey to training has been a long one. I started in ballet, but it became clear that body types like mine wouldn't be welcome in that professional realm. In large part because of that experience, I was inspired to train people and help them become the best version of themselves, not the best version of what they think they should be. If you're working with me, starting on day one, you're an athlete. I've worked with members of the United States Air Force, clients with chronic injuries and illness, and people who have spent most of their lives afraid to step on the weight floor. My goal as your trainer is to give you the best possible information and the emotional support you need to get to your goal, whatever it may be.
