My journey to training has been a long one. I started in ballet, but it became clear that body types like mine wouldn't be welcome in that professional realm. In large part because of that experience, I was inspired to train people and help them become the best version of themselves, not the best version of what they think they should be. If you're working with me, starting on day one, you're an athlete. I've worked with members of the United States Air Force, clients with chronic injuries and illness, and people who have spent most of their lives afraid to step on the weight floor. My goal as your trainer is to give you the best possible information and the emotional support you need to get to your goal, whatever it may be.

My favorite client story

One of my sweetest clients worked in the entertainment industry, and her coworkers could party HARD. I was concerned when she didn't show up for out 6am session, more so when she didn't respond to my calls or texts. At 2:30 that afternoon, I got a message from her: she had been at a work party, got incredibly drunk, and slept through our session--BUT, at some point during the party, she had shown off the walking lunges I'd had her do the week before, and all of her coworkers were very impressed.
