About Andres

I became a trainer to help people who are in the same mindset that I was in a few years back. I thought that feeling cruddy all the time was normal for someone who had just reached his 30's. I thought that gaining 5-10 lbs of fat every year was supposed to happen. Especially in a new dad's life. I had comfortably subscribed to the dad bod mentality and was on my way to obesity. A trainer got me started on the right path and taught me that exercise and healthy eating did not at all have to be miserable. Through consistently meeting with a good trainer, I was able to develop my own habits and eventually decided that I wanted to help people get past the same hurdles and apparent limitations that once held me back. My style of training is focused around safety and efficiency. 1 on 1 training with me is structured but relaxed and my programs and nutritional recommendations are individualized to fit your needs and reach specific goals.
