My favorite client story

I started training a woman back in Chicago in 2010, and she weighed 242 lbs., and was 5'2" tall. She had battled cancer and fortunately overcame her disease and desperately needed help! I completely understood what she needed and we worked hard and struggled through the bitter cold, and life issues that proved to have a continuous effect - but she prevailed. Over a year later she now consistently maintains her weight around 155 lbs., and is always making progress towards improving her life and training goals.

Working as a personal trainer since 2004, I've worked at various health clubs including David Barton Gym and Equinox, and I also owned my personal training business in Chicago and Orange County California. I have trained hundreds of clients, and I truly love what I do.
