I became a certified trainer in my journey to bring health and happiness to the world! My focus is a whole approach to wellness from fitness to nutrition to mindset, my goal is to help you reach yours! I have my Bachelors in Exercise Science, am a certified Fitness Trainer, and am continuously educating myself on the latest research.
Each session with me is different depending on the individual. I find out your goals, why they are important to you, and what you enjoy! The best and only way to stick to a training plan is to find something you enjoy. I will push you to accomplish things you didn't think were attainable at first and you will leave with a sweat and a smile!
