My passion for training and coaching stems from a desire to see people succeed and develop healthy lifestyles. Over my career, I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, ranging from beginners to advanced youth and adult athletes. Most recently I have been working with clients on injury and post surgery recovery. In addition to post physical therapy sessions, I also continue to work with clients on: -weight loss and body transformation -nutrition -strength training -athletic training -police/fire/military physical fitness testing -women postpartum and postmenopause -speciality cases such as EDS, POTS, hyper mobility, fibromyalgia
