Hi! I’m new to the area but have thus far had a smooth experience settling in.
I provide structured progressive training for individuals of all levels of fitness from beginners wanting to become more active to active individuals and seasoned fit individuals wanting to climb to the next level.
Do you want to lose some weight, maintain existing weight or just trim for an upcoming personal event? I design personalized programs deeply rooted in modern science and research to ensure that you safely and efficiently achieve your goals. I monitor your progress, make modifications as necessary and put you in charge controlling some variables of your program while still meeting your weekly goals. Remember that soreness you feel that lasts for a week or sore after you work out? It’s called DOMS (Delay Onset Muscle Soreness) and I have well-tested techniques to ensure you never experience it. You will accomplish your goals minus the pain.
Are you training for a physical event like an obstacle race, 5K or 10K run, a marathon or bike race? I have proven approaches to ensure that you are fully prepared as least 2 weeks before your event. Fitness should be progressive, rewarding and enjoyable and all of my programs are designed with those results in mind.
Is your goal to build muscle mass, endurance or strength? Research and science are consistently changing with regards to effective ways of accomplishing those goals. I provide modern and tested approaches such as interval resistance training (HITT-RE), double progressive periodization, breakdown and assistance training to ensure that you achieve your goals. Over training syndrome is prevalent among resistance exercisers. My programs are designed to avoid over training and focus on progressive overload while leaving time for plenty of rest and recovery.
If you have diabetes, asthma, osteoporosis or other forms of conditions, I provide specialized training to improve your quality of life, reduce or eliminate contraindications to exercise, and help improve your aerobic conditioning, and bone density among others. A medical clearance from your doctor will be required to ensure that you are getting the most effective program.
