It all started in 2014 when i reach my max weight which was 309 lbs. I felt really depressed and also felt eating was to solve my problems, i had no motivation in me for anything and alot of people were concerned about my life. Then one day i made a decesion on my self to change my life around, at first i only started to eat an apple a day then started to eat cleaner through that i lost almost 55 lbs but then at the end of the year i gained almost 10lbs. In the beginning of 2015 when i was 265 and decided no more excuses, and told my self i am going to lose alot of my weight and start living a great lifestyle. I started to go the gym everyday and change my eating habits alot. By the end of the year i weighed in on 184. Through that experience i lost 125 lbs and i never felt so more alive in my life before lol. Right now i am currently building muscle and continue to grow in training.


I like helping people with their health and fitness goals, and like to help more people get into that lifestyle, and those goals include weight loss, muscle gain, more tone body workout. I do that by handing out a custom fitness program which combinates a good diet, good excerises and motivation in order to see results.


I love fitness, it changed my life for the better and i like seeing more people into that lifestyle and seeing them reach their full potential and feel great for themselves.

I don't have one because there is a few but here is one, during college ( that's when i started my journey) my former roommate named Felipe saw my journey and liked it, he wanna to start to lose weight as well so we would run and walk almost every single day and through that process he lost about 20 lbs and hit his goal weight. I was proud of him and made me feel good that i can help people with whatever exercise.
