I am currently an ACE National Certified Personal Trainer with a strong educational background and several years of experience in the Fitness industry. I hold a Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I have worked for more than 10 years as a Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor, holding different certifications such as TRX, Bootcamp, Zumba, Yoga sculpt.
I am always looking to learn the latest fitness trends and learning new skills by actively researching and participating to keep myself up to date. As a result, in the last 4 years, I have been actively involved in CrossFit communities, even doing a few competitions.
I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. I plan to implement and customize safe, healthy, challenging, fun and dynamic fitness programs that improve strength, flexibility, and conditioning for people of all fitness levels.
