About Gregor
My name is Gregor, and I am a coach for both powerlifters and also general population looking to build a healthier body. I have 2 years of experience as a personal trainer, working with all kinds of age groups, and also online training where I make weekly personalized training programs through spreadsheets. If you are a Strength athlete trying to get as strong as possible I am perfect for you. I have competed in four powerlifting meets so far, and have coached multiple athletes as well. For general population, I have had even more experience transforming complete beginners to the best shape of their lives countless times now. The transformation is dependent on the client's effort just as much as mine, and those that have stayed consistent with me have made life changing progress.
