As a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified trainer, I am excited to offer my skills and passion as a personal trainer! I am trained in NASM concepts including lifestyle modification, human movement science, basic exercise science, cardiorespiratory system, assessments training and balance training concepts. I have specialty in Wellness and Nutrition For me, building a program for a person is like ART work! Working with each client/group is unique, and we build a program together based on need and health desires. I have great compassionate listening skills and can assess needs quickly. I use my positive, enthusiastic spirit to empower, motivate and energize. My clients will never have a better cheerleader!

We call her “ Peggy” . Peggy is a client that was recommended by a friend who I’ve been training for a while I have been able to witness Peggy’s healthy journey for months now coming from someone who selling a couch and did nothing it was very overweight she is now moving he smiling more and it’s so much more happier not just on the outside and weight loss but from on the inside she feels good and being a witness to that and someone I can serve is my favorite story she never got out of a chair Peggy is a client that was recommended by a friend who I’ve been training for a while I have been able to witness Peggy’s healthy journey for months now coming from someone who selling a couch and did nothing it was very overweight she is now moving he smiling more and it’s so much more happier not just on the outside and weight loss but from on the inside she feels good and being a witness to that and someone I can serve is my favorite story she never got out of a chair and now she asking 12,000 steps beautiful

I have been training clients since July 2020 though zoom and at peoples homes . I enjoy being on a their fitness journey and getting to know each client who is unique and special to me. I am very blessed to help others

Awesome! My first workout with Jamie really impressed me. My muscles already feel like they’ve woken up and The session inspired me so much that I went to the Gym that same day and the next day to keep working out. I’m really looking forward to our next session. She has knowledge about many different techniques for target areas and her motivation skills are phenomenal. Great energy and personality and I highly recommend!
I have been working out with Jamie once a week for the last 5 months, and she is great! I was recovering from a lower back injury and hadn’t worked out for several months when I started training with her, and she customized my workouts to help me ease back into working out. She also insists on listening to my body, and and she adjusts exercises accordingly. Training with her encouraged me to increase my physical activity throughout the week, and now I’m much stronger and in the best shape of my life. Her energy is contagious, and she makes working out fun! I highly recommend booking a training session (or many) with Jamie.
I'm only 14 and I love my trainer, Jamie. She is always on time, full of energy and gives me a great work out. She is supportive and her positive spirit and encouragement makes me feel good and confident that I signed up for 24 sessions. Well worth my parents' investment so far!!
