About Jamie

I became a trainer because I have had personal trainers/coaches in the past, and when I was playing college football, I always had someone to show me the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I was a skinny guy, and with the proper coaching and nutrition, I have increased my muscle size and gained weight in a short timed manner. I strive to help anyone in their fitness goals such as weight loss or muscle toning, recovering from injuries, and being able to workout who have injuries that prohibit them to do certain movements. I have trained 2500 sessions in a matter of a year and a half, worked with more than 150 clients, and have helped people lose weight or tone up their muscles.
