Jason Wheeler
VerifiedAbout Jason
I began my fitness journey in the 1980's when "No Pain, No Gain" was the prevalent philosophy. Luckily, 15 years ago, I started working towards rehabilitating my body to the point where I could be strong but functional. I now train with a holistic approach to health and fitness. I believe that every movement you perform when training with me should extend into your world. I can only train you for the hour you're in front of me, but the knowledge I hopefully impart on you will hopefully follow you into the rest of your life. Every time you bend down to pick up a child, lift a grocery bag, or pet a puppy, I hope that learning how to squat properly makes it's way into your life so you can do all those things happily and pain free for years!
