About John Michael

My name is John Michael Supangan and I am a certified personal trainer on behalf of the American Council on Exercise. I am an athlete myself and specialize in sports performance training. I work with many different populations which include: youth, athletes, women, obese, bodybuilders, and those who have torn ligaments within the knee. I am a very realistic person and I will be upfront and straight to the point to benefit both my clients and myself.

My training philosophy

My philosophy is to challenge every individual I come into contact with to be the very best they can be. Holding each client accountable to their own goals is one of my true strengths, testing their will power and mental strength, as well as their bodies. I’m learning something new everyday, always on the search for knowledge. To gain knowledge, is to gain power, and my knowledge is growing by the day.

My training experience

Beginning in January 2019, I’ve learned many things since then. I’ve grown not only as a trainer, but also as a compassionate human being who can adapt to any situation. A cool, calm, and collected person, I know when to turn up the energy and when to preserve it. Client after client, day by day, I strive to become the best human I can be.
