Hey everyone, I would like to take this moment and fully introduce myself and briefly explain what I love to do, and that is helping others with their fitness/nutrition goals, and being there to guide them along the way. Whatever those goals may be, whether its trying to find a good relationship with food, training for a specific event or just figuring out that balance that fits well in your life, the biggest question and sometimes the hardest part is where do you start.
