I started off on my fitness journey as a 110 pound person completely afraid of the gym until taking that first step in finally challenging the notions I set on myself of how I could look, feel and move physically. Through my personal experience with my personal trainer at the time, then apprenticing under her, and finally getting my certification and training others I've now become the personal trainer I never knew I could be. And eveidently a total gym rat. Although personal training covers a wide array of disciplines to help the public at large my skill sets derive from calisthenics, powerlifting and a bit of weight loss. Most of my clientele have been fun and vibrant LBGTQA+, overweight or geeky/nerdy types and we enjoy camaraderie on that. Not just about making a safe space but a space that pushes you further towards your goals whatever they may be. If you're serious, then I as a trainer need to do the same. I normally do that in Metroflex LBC (A Hardcore Training Facility); there's absolutely no air conditioning, no real amenities and only bare metal equipment. It's a fun place. But when you're surrounded by professional athletes, other fitness enthusiasts and goal oriented people it'll make all the difference in the world.
My favorite client story
My favorite client story are normally ones where they feel, see and have improvements in their overall health from beginning to end. Being able to show someone how much more they advanced then ever before is always my goal.
My favorite exercise
I'm an ab guy myself, but I now know enough to love most exercises and how each one is important towards anyone's goal. But if I can add a resistance band to it, I will. I am a huge proponent of resistance bands and ab work.

Long term consistency always beats short term fixes.
My training experience
In and out of public parks, working inside Metroflex LBC with clients both big and small and beginners, have been my thus experience so far as well as getting clients fit for their physical exams for their jobs. As they say the world is my gym, and I definitely believe that full heartedly.
