Coach Laura works well with all demographics, from well conditioned athletes to individuals with limited mobility or those who are overcoming health issues. Coach Laura specializes in corrective exercise; training endurance athletes including triathlon, marathon, ultra-marathon; and in exercise for prevention and the rehabilitation of sports injuries. Good intentions need to be followed by good actions. Coach Laura won't ask you to follow a crash diet or spend your life in the gym. Instead, you can expect small manageable steps that you can start taking TODAY on your path towards your goal.
