About Lauren
I provide structured workouts designed to fit individual needs, support for training outside of our 1:1 time, encourage exploration, and focus on functional fitness. I set goals with clients to meet their needs including weight loss, muscle gain, and sports performance. I am excited to work with you!
My favorite exercise
I especially love compound, functional exercises that can be translated into everyday movements. I love it when clients see progress in their abilities outside of structured exercises, like being able to lift their suitcase to the overhead compartment on their own.
My training experience
My personal fitness journey started about six years ago. I have trained friends and family for several years now and began training professionally earlier this year.
