You can expect to receive professional, safe and fun training from me. I will design an effective program specific to your needs. All of my training starts with a full physical assessment and a diet evaluation. I help with nutrition and supplementation. I specialize in Weight training, HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training), calisthenics, Weight Loss, Muscle Toning and Firming, Core Strengthening, Increase Flexibility, Cardiovascular Training, balance/stability training, Increase Muscle Strength, Nutrition, Supplementation, Life Coaching, Health and Fitness Coaching, and I now am working with prenatal and postnatal women. I am passionate about helping you! Accepting female clients only.

My passion in health and fitness started as a teen. I have always been interested in holistic living by learning about healthy habits, eating right, supplementing, staying physically active, and being emotionally and spiritually healthy. My favorite exercise

I personally enjoy PHA (alternating between upper and lower body exercises) in a circuit fashion, as well as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Trainng) workouts. I feel it is super important to not miss the stretching aspect of your training. With HIIT training or PHA Training I am able to train the full body in a short amount of time. I have found that most of my clients only work out when I am with them and for this reason I choose a work out that will help them get the results they are looking for in a shorter amount of time. If all you have is 2 or 3 days a week then this type of training will suit you best for weight loss as well as achieving muscle tone and definition. You won't get big doing these types of exercises so if that is what you are looking for then there is a different type of training that would work better for you such as weight training with some cardio. I do use weights in this training however with it being High Intensity Interval training the amount of weights (resistance) is lower than in a specific weight training program. I also look for muscle imbalance and help in correcting it through a variety of exercise modalities, stretching and use of a foam roller. I use a variety of training techniques designed specifically to fit each of my clients needs.

My training experience

I first received my Personal Training Certified through AFAA in 2000 and worked at 24 hour fitness. From there I went independent and later received another Personal Training Certification through NASM, I am also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am also certified in Corrective Exercise and as a Women's Fitness Specialist. In 2013 I became a Certified Christian Life Coach through Light University. I am continuing my education as I am a lifelong learner. I love learning and staying on top of the latest information about Fitness, health, nutrition, and personal and professional development in which I can train and coach others.
