About Luke

I am a highly educated certified athletic trainer (ATC) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with multiple years of experience within athletic rehabilitation and strength training. My clientele have ranged from high school athletes to all-star professional MLB and NBA athletes. I also enjoy coaching beginners to the fitness world regardless of age. My typical session is a 1 hour strength and conditioning session that will include a fully customized and periodized strength program for each individual.
