About Luke

I am a highly educated certified athletic trainer (ATC) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with multiple years of experience within athletic rehabilitation and strength training. My clientele have ranged from high school athletes to professional MLB and NBA athletes. I also enjoy introducing beginners to the fitness world regardless of age. My typical session is a 1 hour strength and conditioning session that will include a fully customized and periodized strength program for each individual.

My favorite client story

Watching a client come off of a Tommy John surgery after injuring himself in the MLB season prior. Watching him trust the process, stick with the exercise progression program, and fully return back to the field and pitch at the professional level again.

My favorite exercise

Functional strength training and movement correction! I like a mix between endurance, power, and efficiency lifts. Mixing these three exercise techniques helps you recover faster and get more out of each session!

My training philosophy

My focus and effort will be on teaching you how to become as efficient as possible throughout all exercises during our session. I want it to be a fun and educating experience for the client.

My training experience

High level strength and conditioning sport performance training with professional athletes. I have the insiders perspective on what it takes to reach the next level, and maintain that performance over the longevity of an athlete’s career.
