About Maria

I am Maria. 47 years old. Mom of two boys. Half Buenos Aires, Argentina; half California girl.
I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 5+ years of experience and countless clients with successful stories in their fitness journey.
I specialize in Functional training, weight and fat loss, HIIT, strength training, overall conditioning, mobility and balance.
I train in person and remotely, individually and in groups, clients in their 20’s to 60+ years old.
I design functional and strength training sessions and plans to achieve my clients’ fitness goals and objectives.
I am also a running coach. I have participated in over 30 races and currently lead a running team in Buenos Aires. I specialize in strength training for runners and design plans to improve endurance and speed, avoid injury, and develop proper running form. 
I am also certified in sports nutrition and provide guidance to people who want to improve their health and acquire better eating habits.
Above all, I love what I do, I am passionate about training people, challenging them in their journey to become healthier and stronger, improve their energy, mobility and balance.

My favorite client story

My client, a mom of two little boys, absolutely hated training. I prepared fun sessions for her and introduced her to running. Now, we train 3 times a weeks together, she has lost 20lbs and she ran her first race. She is loving her new life and body.

I’ve been training with Maria for a while now. I love our workouts, she always switches things up and motivates me. She combines different types of workouts so I get a good full body workout in 45 mins, incorporating strength training and core conditioning exercises. She also understands a lot of women can get dizzy easily, so certain movements she reminds me to do it slow. Very knowledgeable and corrects my form; I’m always so proud when she says I have good form now! As a busy mom , it’s really hard for me to find time and energy to workout .
