Hi! My name is Michael and I'm a 26 year old personal trainer from San Diego. After graduating from Chico State in 2019 with a bachelors in criminal justice, I decided to pursue a career in personal training. I completed the most highly regarded personal training internship known as ShowUp Fitness. This internship was a total blessing for me, as I became very fluent in nutrition, human anatomy, and programming. After the internship, I got a job as a trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. There, I was able to work with a wide range of people, ages 12 to 80. I never had a bad experience training a client, and everybody I've worked with got a lot out of my sessions, which has made this career so worth it for me!

I was an All American middle distance runner for my college team, and I apply that same work ethic to my career. Micheal was a great trainer. He was really fun to work with and helped me learn a lot. He was really polite and didn’t try to push me too far. He gave me some great workouts to do that have helped me greatly and was always a joy to Work with and learn from. I’d be very glad to work with him again.
I am an over 50 female. Michael asked about my limitations and was very careful to work with them and around them. I have had personal trainers before, and Michael still managed to surprise me with the exercises he had me do! The sessions I had left me satisfied I was strengthening key muscles. Michael asked me upfront what my goals were and my goals played into a lot of the sessions. Altogether a great experience and I will be using Michael in the future!!

I have worked with many trainers over the last twenty years, and Mike Good was one of the best. He was always prepared, knows all aspects of physiology, and has a seemingly endless array of routines and techniques that helped me achieve my fitness goals. My workouts were completely customized, in my case trying to gain arm, lower body and core strength to generate more power in my golf swing, and the results were astounding. Plus, he is a great guy that made challenging workouts seem like fun. So if you have a fitness goal in mind, and are ready to achieve it, I highly recommend you work with Mike!
