About Michael

I took an interest in lifting weights at a young age, with no guidance except my own research. Since it was the late 90's, information was scarce and this led to many injuries. I got into becoming a personal trainer so people looking to better themselves wouldn't have to make the same mistakes and learn the hard way as I did.

I take a hands on, analytical approach and practice what I preach. My clients always know how to do exercises and why they are doing them. I don't yell, but rather guide and encourage. Strength training is my passion, and I willingly educate myself daily in between clients.
