About Natasha

I've been a certified personal trainer since 2015. I was a Tier 3 Personal Trainer at Equinox for three years, then started my own private training business. I specialize in making men BIG, weight loss, booty growth, injury rehabilitation, special circumstances, pre/post natal, and geriatrics. I'm a big proponent for functional training. Personally, I am a runner, heavy lifter, climber, and zumba-er. Let's get fit together!

I came to Natasha with chronic hip pain from arthritis and she knew exactly how to train my body to help strengthen the surrounding muscles, helping to lessen my hip pain that had often kept me up at night. Natasha has vast knowledge of the human anatomy, which made me feel confident in working with her. I was a marathon runner and gymnast which explained my early arthritis and had to stop working out altogether, making me super cranky and disheartened. After training with Natasha, I got my muscle strength and flexibility back, building my confidence and kicking in my endorphin release which is what I missed the most!! Natasha is not only an amazing trainer who asses your abilities and works hard to improve upon them, she is, also, very positive and supportive while doing it. She is very careful and takes into account any injuries you may have and makes sure not to aggravate them. Besides, all of that, she is , always, upbeat and fun to be with. I've been training with Natasha both in-person and virtually since 2019, mostly focusing on building upper body strength. Natasha is extremely attentive and patient so I feel I get a personalized workout every sessiom. While she's very knowledgeable and professional, Natasha is also highly sociable and easy to be comfortable around. As someone who has worked out my whole life, I found myself struggling to get back into my routine after a few months hiatus. I knew a friend who trained with Natasha so I reached out for a recommendation. He highly suggested she would be just what I wanted and he was right! I trained with Natasha who gave me the push I was looking for to get myself back on track. She was knowledgeable and nice while being the tough lady I needed, LOL. She respected my body, age (60) and my own high level of exercise knowledge. We were the perfect partnership :). I recommend Natasha wholeheartedly!


I had the opportunity to work with Natasha in person as well as virtually during the pandemic, and I have to say she did a great job converting over her coaching style to one that can deliver effectively over video conference. There are so many nuiances that a trainer can point out in person and is extremley tough to do it virtually, but her language helps bridge the gap to help me understand how to do the movements properly. She is fun, sassy, got a lot of spunk, and then can get serious if youre not doing the job right. Overall its a pleasure to have Natasha watching over me. Lost 10 pounds thus far and thats including a lot of my fat converting to muscle!!!!
