After training myself with dedication for several years, I decided to get officially certified in fitness training (National Council for Certified Personal Trainers) earlier in 2019, passing my test on the first try. I currently range between 5% and 10% body fat, a goal I can help my clients achieve along with any other fitness goal using my experience in strength training, hypertrophic muscle development, corrective exercise, and basic nutrition. I do house calls and the first session is free to see if we are a good fit!
