About Riley

I am an ISSA and AFAA certified Personal trainer looking to take on new clients. My training philosophy is based around functionality, Injury prevention and education and information breakdown of exercise science. 

Building a strong foundation for my clients to work from, training proper form and technique, and injury prevention have been my main focus.

Taking from the 7 functional movements I have developed a program for all ages to solidify a strong foundation and core and train themselves for real world functional movements and activities

Riley is a great trainer who always seems to have creative options available for my workouts. Some days I'm not feeling it but by the end of our session I feel a lot better. I've been with him for about a year and we have accomplished my goal of losing 10 lbs and toning up within the first 4 months and weve moved on to other really fun things.
