Hey there, I'm fitness coach with over 12 years of experience in personal training. My interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals began in 2003 while serving in the Air Force. Since then I've worked with military personnel and their families, as well as young athletes preparing for their sport of interest. My objective is to make you the best version of yourself without health being hindrance to your goals. My specialties include fat loss through functional movements, nutritional coaching, and corrective exercise to keep you moving while reducing injury concerns.
