I am a mom of two boys I became a trainer because of my gestational diabetes diagnosis with my children I want to set the best healthy example for my children. I am a recovering binge eater emotional eater and I started counting macros about seven years ago after my first pregnancy and it has helped me to have a healthy lifestyle and a healthy relationship with food I want to pass all that I know on to those who might also be struggling
